Welcome to Medical AI: Doctor AI Assistant Pro, provided by M Network PTE ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Medical AI app, including all related services, features, and content. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

Use of Our Services

Medical AI provides AI-powered tools designed exclusively for licensed healthcare professionals. The app includes features such as drug interaction analysis, imaging support, and access to AI specialists chatbots in over 40 medical fields. Medical AI is a supportive tool and does not replace clinical judgment, professional expertise, or authoritative medical sources. Users are required to exercise their discretion and verify all AI-generated insights before making any clinical decisions.

Authorized Users

You must be a licensed healthcare professional or authorized medical practitioner to use Medical AI. By using the app, you confirm that you are authorized to interpret and apply medical insights in a professional capacity. Medical AI is not for patient use and must be used in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

User-Provided Information

As part of using Medical AI, you may input or upload medical data such as PDFs, medical images, or general queries. You retain ownership of this data but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process the data solely to provide the app's services. Medical AI does not store or collect personal or patient data beyond the duration of the session. All data is processed in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account, if applicable. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breaches of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the app.

Uploading and Sharing Content

Consent to Share Consumption Data with Apple

By using Medical AI and making in-app purchases, you consent to the sharing of data regarding your usage of purchased content with Apple for refund request resolution. This data may include information about your interactions with purchased content. Such sharing is conducted in compliance with Apple's policies and is limited to processing refund requests.
